Benefits of Team Lunches

Working at the office all day, being on the daily grind and getting the workload done is one part of a working day. Another huge part should be your lunch break. But in fact, especially in our fast-moving world, you can see a lot of people don't take their time to really enjoy their break. They are most likely scoffing their food down so they can quickly get through their tasks! Over the time this can cause a weaker team bond and spirit.

Team Lunches are the best and most simple opportunity to get a team together to have some time for fun, exchange, chatting and maybe even networking. Connecting with your colleagues is sometimes hard when a lot of tasks are on the daily To-Do list. In a study, 60 percent of the 1100 people surveyed said that having food at the office would make them feel more "valued and appreciated". 

Our experience at the restaurant

To get all of us together and provide the best climate in the office, Tine, the CEO and Founder of Casamona, invited the Casamona-Team to our favorite Mexican Restaurant to enjoy our break on Friday together. Sitting together at the big table, a lot of laughs were shared, as well as the amazing food. Everybody got the chance to exchange and also talk about not only office related topics. The lunch break was finally rounded off with a sweet dessert before everyone turned to the last tasks of the week.
