Pizza Party with the Casamona Team

 

Doing an internship is highly recommended as it offers many benefits to students. As a matter of fact, it allows you to apply what you have learned in school and gain valuable experience while making new connections with the people in the industry. 

But let's be real... being an intern is tough. 

Everybody that has done an internship can confirm it; most of the time you are either not taken seriously since you're technically still a student, or you are overworked. 

Here at Casamona, however, interns are valued!

Casamona wants its interns to learn and build their careers while having fun!

Casamona is a family. We value relationships before work, we want people to be able to rely on each other on every occasion. That's why we often organize activities that bring the interns together.

This week, for example, we had a Pizza Party!

After a busy morning at the office, Tine, the owner of the company, kindly invited us to her place for lunch. We ordered some pizza and drank some delicious wine, but not without any problems. The restaurant from which we initially ordered the pizzas, called us after a while saying that they couldn't complete our order. That's when two of the interns really showed what being businessmen is like and took the situation into their own hands; not only did they find another pizzeria and got us our pizzas, but they even negotiated the final price!

During the party, we had the opportunity to get to know each other better outside of the office, and even talk about work matters in a fun way!

That's what Casamona is all about: teamwork.

Although we all come from different countries and we all bring a different background and skillset to the table, we all respect one another and our different cultures.
